Grating the soap was surprisingly therapeutic, and the satisfaction of knowing exactly what was going into my laundry detergent made me feel like I was doing something right lol. I used this to wash my family's clothes & my doberman's blankets. It felt like a step toward a more conscious, natural way of cleaning. I think I was most shocked about the results of my laundry. The clothes were just as clean, if not cleaner, than they had been with commercial laundry products. Choosing the natural route was a conscious decision for me. Knowing that I was using soap that didn't contain harsh chemicals or artificial fragrances gave me peace of mind. Plus, it's environmentally friendly—a win-win situation. I also was able to use this in a spray bottle from dollar tree with hot water to clean our cabinets and kitchen after cooking, so you can use that on there as well!

I was skeptical about whether a natural deodorant could stand up to my daily activities, especially in warmer weather. It worked great, but because of my PCOS, I have to add just a little more to it to make it stronger. This combined with my CeraVe acidic cream keeps me at bay. This bar of deodorant is so worth the try. It does its job remarkably well. I will say that before applying it, do an underarm detox with charcoal and aztec clay. They say that it's important to detox your underarm before you use another one, so that also will help with your body odor if you struggle with that like I did.
